A:
Concentrated juices are used in non-milk taste drink. Flavor powders are used in milk tea based drink. Some flavors are only available in powder(e.g. taro) and some in syrup(e.g. starfruit).
Q: Are overnight tapioca still good to be consumed?
A:
Note that overnight tapioca lost its texture and chewyness. A good practice bubble tea store should never use overnight tapioca.
Q: Is the quality of water an important issue in the making of bubble tea?
A:
The water should be clean and away from any odor. Tap water often carries choloride smell and has tart taste. It would nice to use filted water for any of the drinks.

The expiry date for the powders are approx. two years. tapioca 1 year. syrup 1 year in condition of well storge. (cool and dry place)

One roll of film paper is good for approximate 3000 cups depending on the film's material

People can print their own trademarks on Film Papers and cups when they purchase a minimum order. Minimum Order for trademark cups: 50,000 pc. Minimum Order for trademark film: 60 rolls.
Q: What is the Sealing Machine for?
A:
Sealing machines put a film a plastic on top of each cup. It works like a lid except it actually seal the cup and prevent any leakage while carrying. Sealing machine is a MUST have for take-out-only bubble tea stores.

A professional bubbble tea store(10am to 12pm) should cook 3 times a day.First pot in the morning, second pot at about 4 pm and third pot in the evening.It is better to cook more frequently instead of one big pot for the wholeday.

A:
Cooked tapioca should be store in an appropriate container in ROOM TEMPERATURE. NEVER STORE COOKED TAPIOCA IN COOLER!! Remember to add enough sugar syrup to prevent tapioca from sucking too much water.
Q: How to preserve un-cooked Tapioca?
A:
Each bag of tapioca is vacuum packed and should be store in cool dry place. An opened bag of tapioca should be tightly sealed and kept in cooler.

This question should be changed to "how many tapioca do you want to add in each cup?" In Taiwan, one package of 3kg Tapioca can serve upto 80 cups. In Philippine, it can serve as many as 110 cups. In north America, it only serve about 60~70 cups.

The difference between Raw Tapioca and Semi-cooked Tapioca are their shelf life, texture and shape. Raw Tapioca have 3 months shelf life and are better in chewyness and better in shape.The cooking time is 40 mins boiling and 20 mins simmering. Raw Tapioca is usually used in professional bubble tea stores Semi Cooked Tapioca have 6 months shelf life and are easier for storage and easier to cook.The cooking time is 30 mins boiling and 20 mins simmering. Semi Cooked Tapioca is often used in restaurant and bakery stores.
Q: Do I have to keep Tapioca in the refrigerator?

Putting Tapioca in the refrigerator is unnecessary because it will only make it harder in texture. tips: if you have to, make sure you cover it with handi-wrap and with some water in it. before serve it you may need put into microwave if it become harder in texture.

FOB is stand for "Free on Board" our price is only cover the trucking fee from our manufacture to Taiwan Seaport. the buyer have to pay shipping fee form Taiwan seaport to you location. FOB is most often use on all company price report.

We don’t have this service at this moment. You better pay the freight yourself to avoid over-charging. When an exporter quote a C&F(Cost and Freight) price, he will surely add an extra amount on it for safety sake. The shipping rate at quoting date may not be the same as the shipping date.
Q: If I want to buy a Sample Kit, how should I pay?

You can pay by Bank Transfer, or send a Bank Draft or Money Order. Upon receipt of your payment, we’ll send a Sample Kit to you by courier.
Q: Can you tell me about goods shipping and receiving?.
A:
Shipping: Our goods are sold at FOB(Free On Board) base. Our responsibility is to let your ordered goods be loaded safely on a ship, no matter your order is of container size or not. After that, the goods will be at buyers’ risks. However, the shipping company will take responsibility to deliver the goods to your appointed destination port. In case of accidents, like shipwrecks, the shipping company has a compensation policy. The shipping documents, including the B/L originals, prepared by us, will be sent to you by courier. You’ll receive them before the goods reaching your appointed port. Receiving: Upon receiving the shipping documents, you then hand them to your custom broker. He(or she) will do all the importation works for you and let the goods be delivered to your door. You have to pay him(her) charges including duties(if applicanle), inland trucking, his(her) fees, etc. A buyer much keep the B/L originals securely. Without these, the shipping company will probably refuse to release the goods. However, “Release by Telex” can be arrange. In such case, a copy of faxed or e-mailed B/L can work as the originals. It's depend on several factors: (a) Size of order decides lead time. A normal size order takes about 2 weeks. (b) Season is another factor. It may take longer in holiday seasons. (c) Contents of an order will affect lead time. Cups, Sealing Films and Bags with printings will sure extend lead time. for custom logo printed may take longer: 2-4 weeks
Q: If I order your goods, can you do re-packing for me?
A:
We normally sell goods in their original packings only. the packing size is fixed with machine only. large order of a singal product we can consider that. Extra charge will be added to the costs of package materials, labour. (etc. a large order is at least 1000kg per flavor powder ) for packing we could provide you the blank package one.
Q: Can I buy samples I need; not a Sample Kit?

i am sorry we have experienced many unlimited request the sample mailing which greatly increase our operation cost ( we have hundred of items. we do'nt provide everything in sample).sometimes we dont have extra sample in stock. we stick on zero stock policy, all the items have to pre-arrange to be produced. and its important to for us to sell our products is fresh. - Goods over 3 kg may need to do custom clearance at destination. Under 3 kg may not. our sample policy limied up to 3 kg a package. -some special cases we'll consider provide extra sample. -existing customers we offer free sample. -syrup sample will be reject by Air company.

Yes ,you can be our distributor but you may need import appreciate order of goods. a distributor mean you need provide cups , lids, straw..everything for bubble tea house.

Yes, you can appoint a shipping company, please conatct your shipping company in your area and ask their representive in taiwan contact us. tip: many shipping company only deal with shipping forwarder not from customer directly. so its important that your shipping company have their angent in Taiwan contact us directly.

(a)Cups: the minimum quantity will be 50,000pc(25 ctns approx.). (b)For Sealing Film: 60 rolls(10 ctns) minimum. (c)Costs of printings decided by number of colors (d)To make printings, please provide your Logo or Design image. Send AI or JPG format and colors numbers, so we can quote you the costs. (e) For the first time printing, there would be a mold charge.
